  • The Paso Doble originated in France but later was inspired by the drama and soul of the Spanish bullfights. It was popular in France during the 1920s but became very sought for in the 1930s. A fiery and intense dance very popular with ballroom dancers. Christian Neacsu, the porcelain design creator and painter has made these series exclusively for A.F. LIMOGES. The wording "Paso Doble" is under the lid. On the inside of the box you have a pair of castanets accentuated by the word OLE!. SIZE:2 1/2" X 1 1/2"
